2007-2008 Final Days at Zahnow

Well, the end of second grade is almost here...one more full day for winding down academics, giving recognition awards, discussing our second grade memories, and cleaning out desks. The one hour day on Friday we will be passing out report cards and saying our final goodbyes. It has been a great year! I have enjoyed the time we've had together! I wish you the best at Rogers! Have a wonderful and safe summer! Please feel free to email me anytime...I'd like to stay in touch with you as you grow older.

I have developed a classroom plan that affords every student's guidance in making good decisions about his or her behavior and thus an opportunity to learn in a positive, secure, and nurturing classroom environment . Your child deserves to be in a sound educational climate for healthy developmental growth. That is why I base our classroom rules on RESPECT and RESPONSIBILITY. Together we need to encourage your child to follow these simple, but extremely important rules:

Hi... I hope your summer vacation is fun and safe. Please send me an email if you get the chance to let me know what you're up to. In two days, my husband, Bob and I will be flying to Las Vegas, renting a car, and driving to Sedona, Arizona. We will be visiting the Grand Canyon too. Take good care of yourself and stay in touch!
