Driver Education Textbooks – “Rules of the Road” and “Drive Right”
Course Description – Driver Education is a 9 week course. Classroom phase: 30 clock hours of classroom instruction. Includes getting the permit, and learning safe driving practices. Behind The Wheel Phase includes 6 hours of practice driving and 6 hours of observation.
Grading Information – Point Value system
Includes Two Tests, (State test and end of the Course Test) Homework, Folder, Classroom work)
Make up Work – If you are absent, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to meet with Mr. Hopper and find out what was completed in your absence. It is also YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to complete the work and turn in any work that is due for a grade.
1. Each day you are expected to have writing utensils, notebook, folder and text book with you.
2. Be in the seat when the bell rings.
3. Be respectful to everyone in the classroom.
