Homework

Every Monday through Thursday a reading assignment sheet is sent home with the students for a parent to sign.  Each Friday a spelling assignment sheet is sent home with the new words for the week.  Students need to practice flashcards daily to learn their addition and subtraction facts quickly. Sometimes a math paper or a handwriting paper is sent home for homework. All written homework should be checked over and signed by a parent. Below is our normal homework schedule.

Monday: Reading;spelling words 5 times;practice flashcards

Tuesday: Reading;6 spelling sentences; practice flashcards

Wednesday: Reading;study spelling words; practice flashcards

Thursday:Reading;study spelling words;practice flashcards
