Who is Mrs. Weatherfield?

     Educational Philosophy

     I am someone who loves children.  As the plaque in my classroom doorway states, "Love Grows Here".  I feel that every child is a gift from God.  Therefore each child deserves to be respected and loved for themself.      

     We all learn in different ways.  Children are no different.  They come to us with their eager eyes, their trusting hearts, and their curious minds.  It is our job to see that their intellectual needs are met.  Many of today's children also come to school with extra emotional, psychological and or physical needs.  Rogers is a place where these needs are met.  Whoever passes through our doors, can and will learn.
