Teacher Mentoring Program

Teaching/Learning Reflection Log

As part of our state approved Teacher Mentoring Program, a journaling/reflection process by all new teachers is required.  Two reflections are required per week for Quarter 1, one reflection per week for Quarter 2, and one reflection every two weeks for Quarters 3 and 4.  Please save a copy of this template to your computer, record your reflections for each question, print out a copy of the reflection log, and place the completed reflection log in your Mentee binder.  Reflections will be shared with your mentor at each monthly agenda meeting.   Mentors will be required to read and respond to the entries for their written analysis due each quarter.   A schedule of required reflection log dates is attached to the end of this document.
