Cafe Prepay

We now offer CAFEPREPAY.  This allows parents to monitor student's account balance on line (without any fees) and also to pay for school meals on line.  Simply go to CafePrepay.com, set up your families account and then perform any one of the options provided.  You will need to know your child's student ID number to set up this account. 
There are fees associated with paying for meals on line.

NOW AVAILABLE.......................our technology experts have now finished setting up our system which will allow parent and students to see their account history ( up to a 30 day history ) via Cafeprepay.com.  Simply access the system as you would when looking for your child's account balance and select the Participation Report tab at the left!

Our ability to email account status letters in now in place at Zahnow and Rogers Elementary Schools as well as the Jr. High.  Thank you to all the parents who have chosen to participate in this option.  

It's never to late to add your email address, if you haven't done so already. Please send your email address to rms@wcusd5.net.  Please make note of your child's name and grade and I will add your email address to your child's account.  The information you send will be used for only this program and will not be shared!
