General Announcements

Students Prom Reminder: You will need to show your prom ticket when you enter the Falls. Students with no prom tickets will not be allowed to enter into Prom.

 

The following student has a book to be picked up in the library: Logan Roberts

 

Registration for post prom will still be accepted up until April 28th. You will just not be guaranteed a shirt.   Cost is $20.  Please stop by D118 to pick up and drop off forms.

 

Next week is SENIOR WEEK!  Monday is college/trade school/career day; Tuesday is Toga day; Wednesday is senior citizen day; Thursday is throwback, and Friday is pajama day.  All school dress codes apply. 

Any Junior or Senior students interested in entering the parking lottery for the 2023-2024 school year. The google form will be sent to your email or you can pick up a form from the main office.

 

Seniors: All library books need to be returned by Friday, May 5th. All library late fines and lost book fees need to be paid by Monday, May 8th. Graduation paperwork cannot be signed until your library account is paid in full and all books have been returned.

 

Juniors-Freshman: All Library books need to be returned and Library late fines and lost book fees need to be paid by Monday, May 15th. All books that are not returned will be marked as lost. Lost book fees and unpaid library fines will be entered into your Skyward account to be paid at registration.

 

 

Guidance

Kennel Klub is looking for energetic and committed workers who are available for after school hours for the fall session. We have Lead and Assistant positions available. This is a great job if you'll be attending college nearby in the fall.  No nights or weekends. M - F 3 - 6. Contact Tina Seymour for more information. (email and phone on the school website)

 

Athletics

Congrats to the Boys and Girls track teams on winning the Bi-County championship meet last night!  The bulldogs had 17 first place finishes.  They also had 4 meet records.  The meet records went to the girls 4x800 relay of Angelynn Kanyuck, Danielle Mudd, Norah Kettler, and Calla Espenschied, the girls 4x400 of Calla Espenschied, Molly Grohmann, Leah Worley, and Kristin Smith, the boys 4x800 of Joe Schwartz, Austin Corey, Morgan Stratton and Ethan Schimpf, and Molly Grohmann broke her own school record in the high jump.  Runners of the meet also went to Hunter Kettler and Molly Grohmann because of their 3 first place finishes. 

 

Megan Jung had a hatrick in leading the soccer team to an 8-0 victory over Jerseyville last night.  The win improved their record to 11-2-1 on the season. Rachel Bradley, Josie Briggs, Taylor Lance, Norah Gum and Lilly Prather had the other goals. Megan Young also had a hatrick in the JV game to keep the JV team undefeated on the season with a record of 11-0-2.
