Good afternoon. You should have received an email letting you know our plans for beginning the school year remotely. If you did not, please reach out to our office so we can check that your contact information is correct. We will be using your contact info to update you as we create our plans for student learning and instruction. A question that has been asked often today is about a device for the students. The answer: A device will be made available to any student that needs one. Information will be sent closer to the start of school regarding picking up a device. 1st graders will be using Chromebooks and PreK & K will be using iPads. To help with general questions you might have, I am creating a Question & Answer document that parents can go to and get answers to questions & share additional questions with me. Please do not hesitate at any time to also call or email me. email@example.com 618.939.3458 I look forward to meeting you & your child this year, and am here to help in any way I can with making this school year begin smoothly. The Zahnow Office will be closed for cleaning this week, June 24-27. As a reminder, we are closed on Fridays in the summer.
Dear Families, If your child participated in Kids Heart Challenge and received a ticket order form for the Gateway Grizzlies game, we need to make you aware of an important change. The game time listed on the voucher was 7:05 and the correct game time is 6:05. Therefore all pre-game activities will move one hour earlier. The student walk will begin at 5:00 p.m. Gates will open at 4:15. If you have any questions, please contact our AHA rep, Renee Ades at email@example.com.
W.J. Zahnow is taking calls for appointments for Kindergarten Screenings & Registration for the 2019-20 school year. Call 939-3458 if you have a child turning 5 years old by Sept. 1, 2019.
