Blanket Making
SHOW is a student group at Gardner that stands for Students Helping Out Waterloo. SHOW hosts volunteer events throughout the school year to help out our community and our school, led by our SHOW Senators. This quarter SHOW is giving back by hosting a blanket-making event for The Linus Project! The Linus Project is an organization that provides new, cozy blankets to local kids who are ill, have been hurt, or are in need. Gardner students and their families are welcome to help make blankets in the Gardner cafeteria on Tuesday, October 7th from 5:30 - 7:00 pm. Come for just a little while, or stay the whole time! All materials will be provided.
Please note: This is intended to be an event for families to participate in as well, so please do not drop your
student off and leave. We will provide light snacks and encourage you to stay and get to know other Gardner
students and families while you and your learner give back to our local community. We hope to see you there!
