Dear Waterloo CUSD #5 Parents and Guardians,

Waterloo Community Unit School District #5 is dedicated to the success of every student, and we believe that strong collaboration between home and school is essential to achieving that goal. We invite you to sign up for our upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences to discuss your child’s progress, celebrate their achievements, and strategize for a successful second quarter.

Our conference schedule is as follows:

Thursday, October 30th

• 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Friday, October 31st

• 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Please note that we have designated the 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. time slot on Friday for virtual meetings to help accommodate the needs of all of our families. All other times are designated for traditional in-person conferences at your child's school. We understand that the designated times and formats may not work for everyone. If you are unable to meet during the specified in-person or virtual times, please reach out to your child’s teacher(s) directly. They will work with you to find a mutually convenient time or alternative format to connect.

To Schedule: Please use the building links below to schedule a time slot with your child's teacher(s).  Navigate to October 30th or 31st to see the slots available.  If selecting Google Meet on Friday, the teacher will update the sign-up with the Google Meet link before the day of conferences.  You will receive an email when this link is available.
