Today's Diversity Club LGBTQ Ally Week Statistic comes from a Human Rights Campaign survey of over 10,000 LGBTQ teens.  The survey showed that 9 out of 10 LGBTQ teens say they are out to their close friends, and roughly 64% say they are out to their classmates.  Although it's GREAT that two thirds of teens can be their true self at school, there is still one third who hide who they are.  Being an ally helps move those numbers in the right direction!  Know the facts....be the change!

Come support the Waterloo School District by participating in the 4th Annual Bulldog Color Run/Walk on Saturday. The race starts at 5:30 pm at the Gardner Soccer Fields. The military will have a representative at the high school on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 to administer the ASVAB Career Exploration Program at 8:30 am to any Sophomore through Senior who wishes to take it.  This test measures the student’s strengths and weaknesses in English, Math, Science, and technical/vocational areas.  Results are useful in determining a student’s career options.  Interested students need to come to Guidance to sign up by Monday, Sept 30.

Hey Juniors!
