WHS Students! Do you have dance experience? Have you ever wanted to learn how to spin a flag or rifle? Do you want to travel and compete with groups from all over the region? The Waterloo High School Color guard is holding clinics for interested students to see what our guard program is all about! Our first clinic will be from

6-8 pm on Tuesday, March 23rd   in the secondary gym.   Auditions & audition clinics will be held at the end of April (more info to come).   These clinics are informal and not required for auditions.  Please be sure to wear comfortable/appropriate athletic attire and tennis/dance shoes!

Students, RESPECT is one of the greatest attributes you can learn and will benefit you your entire life.  Who has it?  Your teachers will be on the lookout for it during the month of March.  So... you are RESPECTFULLY asked to let this attribute shine.

Congratulations to the Science Olympiad for placing 2nd in regionals and advancing to state.  We will have a meeting today after school, in person or virtual, to plan for the State competition on April 10th.  Check google classroom for more details.

Illinois Association for College Admission Counseling is hosting virtual college fairs today from

5:00 – 7:45 pm.   Go to www.strivescan.com/illinois/mar17/ to register for any of the several virtual sessions being offered.  You can sign up for up to 3 different 45-minute sessions of your choosing!  Explore the schedule and register for each session you want to attend. You will hear from up to six colleges in each session. We recommend registering for at least one session in each time slot.  Once you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your personalized link to join the Zoom Webinar.
