We are thrilled to introduce Morgan Riggs, our newest 3rd Grade Teacher at Rogers Elementary School! A recent University of Missouri graduate with a degree in Elementary Education, Morgan is also a proud Waterloo alumna. We're incredibly excited to have her start her teaching career and rejoin the Bulldog family at Rogers!
