WCUSD #5 is thrilled to announce that a familiar face is returning to our leadership team in 2026-2027. Please join us in welcoming Mr. Mitch North as the next Principal of Waterloo Junior High School! 

Mr. North brings two decades of educational expertise and a deep understanding of our community to this role. With 20 years of educational experience, he has a proven track record of supporting both students and staff across all grade levels. His broad experience—ranging from early childhood through high school and vocational education makes him uniquely qualified to lead our Junior High students during these pivotal years. We are excited to have his leadership, passion, and "Bulldog Pride" back in our buildings!
