Bus Routes & Stopfinder

Parents/Guardians,

Robinson Transport Inc. is our new bus transportation company.  They are located at 108 Westview Plaza Dr. and their phone number remains (618) 939-8877.  We are excited to partner with them and look forward to a great year!

Bus Routes
Bus routes along with stop times will be posted online at https://www.wcusd5.net/businfo on Monday, August 10th.  Your student's bus route is located in Skyward Family Access under bussing.  Bus routes are automatically assigned based on your home address.  

Special Bus Requests
If needing a location different from your home address for drop off or pick up, you must complete a Special Bus Request Form.  These do not carry over from last year, so please complete one ASAP if you have not done so yet.  Please drop off at any school office.  Any special transportation requests must be handled at the school offices. Please do not call the bus garage as they are not able to make these changes.

NEW - Stopfinder  (Email Invitation Coming this Week)
WCUSD#5 will be using a new parent app, Stopfinder, for the upcoming school year. Stopfinder is the easy-to-use, all-in-one app that allows you to have the most accurate information about your student’s bus schedule at anytime from anywhere. You can also create GeoAlerts for your student, which will notify you when the bus has arrived or departed from any location on your student’s route, including their assigned bus stop and school. GeoAlert Alert Zones can be created for individual students allowing you to customize the Alert Zone based on their bus route.

The email address that is currently on file for Guardian 1 will be used for Stopfinder setup.  This person can then create an account and invite anyone he/she wishes!  Spouses, grandparents, babysitters, etc. can have access as needed.  

Stopfinder can be downloaded for free from the App Store or Google Play.

Stopfinder will require an invite and registration through the district prior to accessing your student’s transportation schedule. Please watch for a Stopfinder invitation, which will be emailed to your Guardian 1 email address this week.

  2. Click the link in the email to register
  3. Download the app - you must follow the link in the email before logging in the app!
