Miles for Smiles

Parents & Guardians,
We’re excited to once again share that Miles for Smiles will be providing free dental exams for any Waterloo student who would like to participate.
Paper copies of the required forms will be sent home with elementary students, however, copies are also attached to this email. Alternatively, you can complete the form digitally here. If you’d like your student to take part, please complete and return the paper form to your school office by October 1st. Digital forms can be completed until the day before your school's date.
Zahnow- Nov.4th
High School- Nov. 6th
Jr. High- Nov. 12th
Rogers and Gardner- Nov. 18th.
This is a wonderful opportunity for students to receive important dental care right here at school.
