General Announcements

 Prom 2020 : Dreams do come true in New Orleans!!

Prom is April 18th at the Falls in Columbia, IL from 7:00-11:00.  Tickets are available during 6th hour lunch on Tuesday, March 24th through Thursday, March 26th.  Tickets are $55 each and must be purchased BEFORE Friday, April 3rd.  Lunch ticket sales must be cash or check (made to WHS).

 

Attention juniors:  Voting for prom court 2020 is now open. An email has been sent to your account with a link to vote.  Voting is open until Friday the 13th at 3 pm!!

 

Gently used and brand new/never worn formal dresses have been donated to WHS for students to use for Prom and Madrigals.  If you are interested in checking out the Dress Closet, see Mrs. Munsell in the Choir Room before or after school

Congratulations to the Food and Vet Science teams for competing at the state contest last weekend!

Tutor Needed!

  • 4th grade student needing Math help 2-3 times a week for approx 1 hour.
  • Schedule & Pay are Flexible!

Congratulations, again, to this year's Top Dog award winners!  LifeTouch order forms are still available in Mrs. Crockett's classroom. Please return order forms and money to the office by Monday, March 16th. Additionally, if you did not receive an orange Top Dog booklet containing your write up, please see Mrs. Crockett.

Staff Sergeant Wilson, with the Marines, will be here on Friday March 20th to speak with any student that is interested in learning more about the careers the Marines offer. If you would like to speak with them please sign up on the guidance website under college visits.
